A.N. Myer Secondary School - Electrical Upgrades

The District School Board of Niagara embarked on a program of upgrading the majority of their schools by utilizing modern technology and energy efficient equipment. Procon participated by being the contractor responsible for the renovation of A.N. Myer High School in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

This project included the removal and replacement of:

• Incoming 15KV Feeder and Main Switchgear,
• Five Switchboards and Transformers c/w new feeders,
• Fifty-four Panels c/w new feeders,
• Natural gas Generator c/w Transfer switch,
• 2,200 fixtures c/w all wiring,
• New Fire Alarm system,
• New Paging system,
• New Security system,

The major portion of this project was completed during regular school hours without disruption to the ongoing school curriculum.
