Great Wolf Lodge

New 400+ room hotel and 75,000 square foot indoor water park.

Complete water park drain, gutter, filter, supply, compressed air, chemical feed, and activity piping systems including 5500+/- square foot mechanical room. Pipe sizes ranging from 1/2″ to 36″ consisting of solvent welded Sch 40/Sch 80 PVC pipe and fittings, and SDR 26/35 gasketed pipe and fittings.

Procon’s scope of work on this project included complete piping systems for all water park attractions as listed below:

• 1 Lazy River Ride – 5780 Sq. Ft., 109,000 gallon capacity, 1600+/- GPM circulation,
• 1 Activity Pool – 3873 Sq. Ft., 114,000 gallon capacity, 1600+/- GPM circulation,
• 3 Hydro Massage Pools – 400+/- Sq. Ft., 7000+/- gallon capacity, 500+/- GPM circulation,
• 1 Activity Structure – 1000+/- GPM,
• 1 Wave Pool – 6584 Sq. Ft., 105,700 gallon capacity, 1800+/- GPM circulation,
• Children’s Wading Pool – 3700 Sq. Ft., 20,700 gallon capacity, 815 GPM circulation,

Plus dozens of other activities including 2000 – 7000 GPM water slides and runout pools.
